I'm a fan of Whataburger. Other locations have always had good service. I've tried this location several times in the months since they opened and so has my wife. Every time is a disappointment. Longest wait time for a normal combo order was 40 minutes. I don't see how they remain open. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely the best fast food place in Madison. I come here 2 times a week to order dinner on my way home from work and the food is always hot. Managers are wonderful and care about their customers. The store is always clean which is a big deal to me. I’ll always come back to this store. I’m so glad the old manager is no longer there. She was the reason the store did poorly. It’s been a huge turnaround since new management came in. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant is poorly ran. Not equipped to take orders. I have been there several times the drive in is SUPER slow and if you go inside there is no one at the counter. I waited 15 minutes no one addresses me or came to take my order. I love the food, but they desperately need to get their act together! I have left twice this week without ordering or getting food because the service is horrible. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
