Today, I decided that I would give this place another chance. Big mistake. I ordered lunch on the app, 9 boneless wings and fries, because I work a mile from this location. Got there at 12:18 [transaction 205759637] and was asked to pull into parking space #2. They were not busy, at all. TWENTY ONE minutes later, I pulled out without my food. 12:39 I drove to McDonalds, got my food and pulled back into our office parking lot at 12:47. I didn’t even ask them for my food, or a refund, because I knew I would be unkind to the young lady standing on her phone with her back to the window. I worked in service for two decades, so I am very understanding. Lunch service should be served knowing that many people only have a half hour break. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
