I think the manager took my order, possible named Joseph. He was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. He went over recommendations and went above and beyond what normally is expected at just a fast food place. The food was hot. Everything was as expected. They have diesel island for trucks and there’s a lot near by where you can stop to run in and grab food. Overall great little spot, clean, highly recommended for a quick meal while on the go. As far as fast food you cant ask for much more. It's a good Good Whattaburger. The restaurant was packed which is good sign but we gad to wait for someone to leave to snah a tabl. I got a grilled whatachicken and took off the bread as I am gluten intolerant. The chicken was good and the fries were good. Portion size was great. Fountain drinks were also good with good selection

I came to this location because of a lost phone that was pinging at this location. The manager, Joe, went so far above and beyond in an effort to help locate the device. He walked the parking lot and opened the dumpster gate so we could search everywhere. He was so kind and helpful. It's hard to find folks who are willing to go above and beyond like that. Definitely the kind of interaction that would bring me back to this Whataburger for food as well! And yes, we found the phone, but not at Whataburger. Service: 5
