I’ve experienced the absolute worst customer experience of any fast serve restaurant in my (Olathe) community at this particular location during overnight hours. I’m not sure how the managing partner -Sam- allows this behavior and complete lack of brand respect from his employees. This is beyond embarrassing both for the brand, its investment partners and the community as a whole. I highly recommend that corporate sends just a few audit secret shoppers in overnight. It is insane how rude these employees were.

I door dashed from your location and received my order when no spicy ketchup and no fancy ketchup. Which I ordered for my fries. The fries were terrible. Stale and undercooked. My double meat whataburger didn’t have mustard on it. No condiments. How do you miss this? It’s a staple of whataburger to have mustard on good cheeseburger. I’m from Texas and this is so disappointing to have this experience. I’ll just order from McDonald’s going forward. I know I’ll jet consistency. Typical Whataburger fare. Usually only pop in for breakfast when I'm in the area, and they keep forgetting to add the add-ons I request. Wouldn't be a problem, but they'll still charge me for them.
