the cashiers were very very kind and worked as quickly as they could, but we waited 45 minutes. the manager was not helpful. thirty cars went through the drive through lane while we waited inside. this should not be considered a fast food restaurant. needs better management, both in terms of personnel and time. My last 2 visits to this location have been disappointing!! The service is Poor. The coffee is always Cold. My last visit they tried to give me someone else’s order. I asked for Picante, and they had to go find some in the back. I mentioned the Cold coffee, but nothing happened. Why keep this location open if the service is so poor?? Whataburger used to be a great place to eat. Sadly, that's NOT the case anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
