At 6:20pm I came to pick up an order and there’s nobody at the cashier’s front desk . I waited and someone showed up and I said , DoorDash pick up order. He said he will check and went inside, maybe to the kitchen. It wasn’t busy no diners inside and I saw a couple of cars that passed the drive through as I am waiting. I heard voices in the kitchen singing with the music. Fifteen minutes have passed and nobody seems to show up on the cashier’s front desk. So I tried to call the attention of someone I can see from the left side through the drive through window. I asked him about the DoorDash order that I have been waiting for and he look to the kitchen and said there’s a DoorDash order. It was only then that I realized that they haven’t started the order. So I decided to leave and I wasted my time for nothing.

Blind leading the blind. Counter person was clueless with no supervision. Ordered 3 number 2 Whataburger only not the meal. Cheeses on 2. No cheese on the other. Told them 3 times what I wanted, waited 18 minutes. I checked the bag before I left. No one could tell me which had no cheese all were wrapped in yellow paper. Plus they had double cheese which I didn't ordered. Walked out and left the food on the counter. Worst service ever at Whataburger Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Much better Whataburger than the Heber Springs location. Quick service and clean. Negative is the price is getting ridiculous for a fast food stop. Two people for a quick combo meals will hit you about $30. Fast food is unfortunately pricing themselves out of business. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
