This place is great! The food is wonderful and our order is always accurate. The most amazing thing about this place is a gentleman named David. He’s helped me the last several trips I’ve made here. He’s such a ray of sunshine! It’s impossible to be in a bad mood around him. He also goes above and beyond for his customers. It’s employees like him that will keep me coming back to this location. Can not make malt it consisted of vanilla ice cream an Hershey chocolate syrup was not blended told we had to stir it ourselves a malt is made wth malt powder. A hamburger an an grilled chicken sandwich took over 30 mins to make in the drive-thru. 1 staff walked around like they was on mushrooms or something in aww of everything an moving l8ke a turtle...needless to say this will be our last trip. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Same complaints as all the other reviews, i don't understand how it takes 15 minutes to make an order even when there's no one else in front of you! It's the same with every location, seems they hire the slowest moving people to work there. And to top it all off, i ask for no onions and they still forget to leave them off. Braums has the best burgers but the shittiest fries, if they adopt whataburgers fries itd be game over Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
