I was excited an about getting Dodd from this new restaurant but my experience wasn’t as expected. There were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. After ordering. I waited patiently for the first vehicle to be served. I was the third car in line. The car in front of me sat at the window for about 10 minutes. Then was told to move forward so I could get my order. There were three more cars behind me at this time. It took them another 10 minutes longer for me to get my order. Well I couldn’t go around the car that was still waiting for them to bring out their order. They finally got my order. I still couldn’t leave. So I decided to eat some fried. They weren’t hot. They gave me another order which still weren’t HOT. I sat in the drive thru for at least 25 minutes before I could finally leave. I’m not going back there soon. The food quality was outstanding, especially considering the affordable prices. The menu offered a variety of tasty options, including sandwiches, burgers, wraps, snacks, and daily specials. Everything I ordered was freshly prepared, flavorful, and served in generous portions. I especially appreciated the excellent value for money. The staff members were courteous, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. They handled orders quickly, answered questions about the menu, and ensured that customers received their meals promptly. Their positive attitude added to the overall experience.
