Ordered a DWB meal & The bird was not supposed to have any lettuce, tomato or onion, and I had onion all over it. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very hateful and started screaming at me saying it’s impossible & it couldn’t be wrong because he made it. I asked the gentleman his name and he Wouldn’t give it to me I can’t believe a team lead/manager is yelling at somebody in front of customers and other employees I mean I felt so horrible after I got off the phone with him. I know that Whataburger wouldn’t allow this to happen if somebody reached out to me, I really would appreciate it. It was supposed a be a Double Whataburger meal large fries, large diet Dr Pepper the Burger like I said, was supposed to have no onion, lettuce or tomato and he said he made it but he put all the condiments all over it. It was slathered with so much mustard. You couldn’t even eat the burger, even if it was right. Again, this was the Restaurant at 41st and Yale I don’t want anybody fired. I just want the man to be reprimanded for yelling at me in for a customer‘s Employees. I know they meant the gentleman was a African-American man. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20

Exceptional service this morning. The young lady at the front counter was very professional, happy to help us. We were impressed. It's the people that make the difference. We went to the 71st Wb and they failed us. This is my new Whataburger. Meal type: Breakfast

I think the hash browns are a little overcooked. I had to spit it out because it was bitter. The sausage patties taste like those you get from free breakfast at a hotel. Pancakes are ok. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
