An employee by the name of Jocelyn could be heard by customers saying the N-word while chuckling with a manager named Adriana. truly a horrible experience to see people throwing that word around and laughing about it like it doesn’t have serious undertones. I wont be giving my business to this company any longer as when I tried to report this, no one would listen. Thats disgusting. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped by Whataburger recently and had a really good experience. The food came out fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was noticeably better than a lot of other fast-food places. One employee, Casyn, stood out for being friendly, professional, and making sure everything was taken care of without making a big deal about it. It's always nice when someone clearly cares about doing their job well. Overall, a great visit, and I'll definitely be back. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
