The employees thought it would be a better idea to ignore my prolonged wait at their counter even though repeated eye contact was made. No acknowledgement, no request for additional team members to help. Zero customer service.

The shift managers are far from “managers”. This place has hit a huge decline in all service over the past 2 months. For real y’all need to get your crap together. The other employees are doing the best they can with atrocious team leaders. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Honestly, Whataburger usually isn’t my personal go to. But after tonight, I’m seriously impressed. I pulled into the drive thru and told them, “I know this is a long shot, but my wife is pregnant and really craving your biscuits and honey butter (even though I know that’s on the breakfast menu). Is there any chance I could get some?” They politely said it probably wouldn’t be possible, which I completely understood, so I just ordered a drink and pulled forward. When I got to the window to pay, a worker named Brenden opened it and said, “I talked with my boss and we’re going to make an exception.” A few minutes later I was driving home with biscuits and honey butter in hand, and my pregnant wife was very happy. If you’ve ever lived with a pregnancy craving, you know that’s basically a heroic act. Huge thanks to Brenden and the team for going the extra mile. That kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
