We went to Hold Fast for live music on the patio and tried the night's food truck "Whatever You Want" and it didn't quite live up to the name. First, my husband tried to order me the Barria Ramen and they were out so I asked him to order me salmon as seen on an online menu, also unavailable. I asked him if there was a menu posted at the truck window and he didn't see one so we continued to consult online photos for the menu which seems to differ from one post to another. *I learned after the fact that it was blowing away and had to be requested to view. Ultimately, we shared his teriyaki chicken burrito and crab rangoon. The rangoon was all cream cheese, no meat, and the burrito was just okay. It was sweet (to be expected) with some chicken and the occasional dot of vegetable. Granted, the chicken chunks were sizeable, not something you usually see. We were offered no napkins except what was in the plasticware set with the absolute cheapest knife and just felt messy and sticky. I might eat their food again if it's all that's available but I wouldn't see them out. Burrito, three rangoon, and tip all amounted to $20-something. This is one of those quantity over quality places. Food: 3 Service: 2

Hi! I do apologize that we didn’t live up to our name. I did want to you to know no where on our menu does it say crab rangoons it does say cream cheese rangoons. Which is why there isn’t any crab in it. As for the veggies in the burrito it’s just peas and carrots that are in the fried rice. On the description of the burrito it says filled with fried rice, so we don’t actually put any other vegetables in there unless you ask for it. We are a food truck which unfortunately means limited amount of space so we do tend to run out of things. We try our hardest not to but it happens.
