Authentic and simply delicious. Love the special beef pho (pho dac biet), the vermicelli combo, pork banh mi, and the crispy tofu (garlic-y tastiness). If you sit in, you’ll often see an order of the crispy tofu on every table. The service is always excellent. This has made moving away from the South Bay and the readily accessible Vietnamese food in San Jose bearable and has definitely become my new go-to! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My first visit to What's The Pho was in 01/2022. They made my day in the cold night. I ordered Pho and Bambi, and the flavors were simply fantastic! In my initial review, I expressed my hope for them to maintain that level of excellence, and let me tell you, they never disappoint me! Whenever I brought Pho for myself and my family, it has been a delightful experience. And now with my community membership discount, it's even better! Their combo pho has become our absolute favorite. The veggies are always fresh, and the pho soup is delicious! And their chili sauce! It's a perfect blend of spice and sweetness, and the texture of the top dry part and the bottom part bring different textures. I wonder if they make it in-house; it's just that good! Must try place!
