I'm going to start by saying Wheatly's has straight up phenomenal burgers! Better than all the national & local chains, and if not the best in Wichita, damn close. The ingredients were fresh, no bagged lettuce or pre-made patties here. The beef has a great meaty umami flavor and the patties appear to be hand formed and smashed and seasoned perfectly. It wasn't greasy or sloppy, and the toasted potato bun was pillowly soft and delicious. The krinkle cut fries were also marvelous. Hot, fresh, and crispy on the outside with a soft steamy inside. This place is a real treat, if you're looking for that old school flavor with fresh ingredients, your search is over. Don't miss out on this gem.
