Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. We don’t typically sell brownies alongside matcha anymore as brownies are made via pre-orders only. So we are unable to match this to any recent orders or orders under this name, so we would appreciate if you could let us know when you purchased so we can look into this further.
