I stopped by White Castle to pick up an order, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Even though it was a busy shift, the staff stayed focused, organized, and professional throughout. The workers were clearly on top of their tasks, handling orders efficiently while still being polite and attentive. My pickup was ready on time, and everything was accurate, which made the process quick and hassle-free. It’s always good to see a team that can stay calm and consistent during a rush. Fun to see a White Castle pop up in Tempe—these aren't exactly common out here. We ordered delivery once and got exactly what you'd expect: a Cheese Slider sack, fries, and a Coke. The sliders were classic White Castle—small, steamy, and nostalgic if you grew up with them. Fries were solid. Delivery took about 20–30 minutes, which was fine, though I've heard service times can stretch longer during busy periods. This place needs help. Employees were completely overwhelmed!Where is the manager? Went in on Memorial Day at 1:45pm. Stood for 5-7 minutes as I witnessed no gloves or hairnets on employees. Tables were dirty. Floors were sticky. Burger prep table was really dirty. We left. Definitely need to spend more money on employees! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
