Gentleman at the drive through extremely unfriendly. I said good morning no response continues to tell me price. I approach the window and greeted him agai and he takes the cash with the most unwelcoming attitude. WHY SHOULD I SPEND MY MONEY WITH NASTY ATTITUDES. The staff at this location were so nice and pleasant, it was the first time we've tried White Castle and we were honestly impressed! It's fast food so keep your expectations accordingly, but the food was hot and made perfectly, the little fajita chicken slider I got was one of my favorite things I've had in a while, and overall I think every worker at this location deserves kudos and a fat raise! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Man whoever was working on April 26, 2026 around 9pm are the worst! I stood at the counter for like 5-6 mins and not a how may I take your order, how you doing, what would you like to order. The customer service was trash. No one ask me what I wanted! I just walked out and went a White Castle that were more welcoming. Yall need to teach your staff customer service skills because clearly they have none. Service: 1
