White Phantom

White Phantom in Kobe offers a unique pub and bar experience located at Ekiminamidori. Known for its great cocktails and casual, cozy atmosphere, it's a spot where groups can enjoy a diverse selection of drinks, including beer, wine, and hard liquor. The venue provides seating and table service, enhancing the social ambiance reminiscent of a girls' bar rather than a traditional bar, which might account for the lively or relaxed experiences reported by visitors.

While operated as a dine-in-only establishment with no delivery service, White Phantom stands out for its engaging features like karaoke. Despite claiming daily operations, some guests have noted inconsistencies in opening times not accurately reflected online, emphasizing the need for updated communication from the owner regarding holidays or special closures.

Accessibility could be improved, as reports suggest a lack of wheelchair-friendly features. Potential visitors may want to approach with caution due to mixed descriptions of billing transparency and perceived value propositions. With limited but varied online presence, patrons are encouraged to confirm the latest updates through platforms like Twitter and Instagram to ensure accurate planning for their visit.
