This place has steadily gone downhill. The service is seriously appalling, you can sit there and no one even comes to take your order unless you call them. Go somewhere else!In response to the owners reply - I have been a regular visitor to this cafe for years as it is conveniently located to my office and I often use it for business meetings. I appreciate that finding staff has been tough in recent times but the service has become surly and average at best. A client of mine had a 30 minute meeting there recently and no one came to their table to take an order the entire time they were there! Hopefully this feedback can help you make some changes moving forward.

If you could kindly share the address, approx time and date you visited White Rabbit Sydney so we can further investigate. This is extremely disheartening to hear as we have been trying our best to rebuild after a shocking 18 months.
