It's Saturday morning, beautiful skies, pleasant weather. Here I am at White Café (a brand from Alahsa) serving specialty coffee (the coffee beans from Ethiopia, Rwanda, Columbia, and Costa Rica). This café has a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, chocolate pudding, and mango Graham to satisfy the sweet cravings. I had V60 coffee (Ethiopian coffee beans) brewed to perfection and paired with their best seller triple chocolate cake (chocolate cake three layers of triangles stacked together and doused in Belgian dark & white chocolate sauces).
