I tried to be charitable to this guy, it's ridiculous. I order a burger, no mince, no cash to buy any even. So, being charitable, I go to the shop next door and buy him the ingredients he needs. Pay him for his burger. Next time I go? Same story. You can't tell me that's not a tik kop.
