We went for a breakfast The person, barely friendly, brought an espresso and tea (breakfast formula) and bread/jam Surprised by the size of the coffee, we asked for a larger one and some milk for tea. The apricot jam was frankly not worthy of the name We paid 19.10 and the terminal was not working We made the payment again I asked for the abandonment tickets, the person told me that they were not scamming me, in these terms (offended the lady!) We were asked to pay in cash What we did (ATM withdrawal) to see the debits 2 days later! Not being from Rennes, to get reimbursed, we had to find someone to go in our place. Very poorly received by the employee, he had to come back (3 times) to try to meet the manager... Nothing to do Our breakfast on rue Vasselot ends with fraud and endless procedures to finally have had 2 coffees, a tea with milk and 2 poor slices of bread with bad jam (not even the choice, I don't like the 'apricot!!) for €57.30!!!!! To flee !!! Gone are the days when we were kind to the customer and did our best to satisfy them... If the customer is disturbing, you must write it on the window....
