Very poor service, missing food from the order & the whole order was wrong. When foning back the shop to be told that's all that was left & no refund. Meal type: Other Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A very underwhelming experience. Wanted to sit in to eat, asked for spoons to eat our cheesecake and was given a small wooden and a plastic one that you get with ice creams tubs. Neither would cut through the inch thick rock hard base. Gave up and went home. The 2 young girls who served didn't seem like they knew what was going on and didn't appear to pay attention much when placing the order. The cheesecake is overrated, keep it. I'll stick to Perfect Scoop who never disappoint with product or customer service Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
