Wiener Hause is a new Polish cart in Oak Tree Station. The main focus are hot dogs and pretzels. I had a hot link on a club roll with cheese and onion. My son tried the bratwurst. We also ordered a giant pretzel. The girl taking the order pitched the beer cheese sauce as an add-on. I rolled with it. I really like the hot link. it's very flavorful, especially with the spicy mustard. My son felt that his dog was just ok and wouldn't do it again. The pretzel was disappointing. It is big but I didn't care for the crusty outside, but the inside was very good. It had no salt at all. Perhaps this is just Polish style. Regardless, it cost $11.95 and the beer cheese sauce was an additional $3.00. My son liked the sauce. It didn't do anything for me. The pretzel + the sauce was $15. Not a great value. But the hot link was only $8.50 which is a very good value. Is it Zach Shack level? No, but it's fab being able to get a great hot dog close to my house.
