Absolutely delicious! I’m my opinion, I got brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage, beans and Mac and cheese w the sizes I got it all came out to abt 90$ so bomb and worth it in my opinion. However if you’re not a big noodle fan then I wouldn’t recommend the Mac and cheese I loved it because it tasted like slightly cheesed butter noodles! The sausage was surprisingly amazing with real jalapeño bites in it. The brisket fell apart while picking it up And the beans were really well seasoned and had pieces of beef in it! Definitely coming back because they were sold out of the Texas twinky. I got: 3 sausages, 1lb brisket (40$) 1 quart mac (18$) ion remember the rest

Truly delicious HALAL texas BBQ. The gentleman greeted us with a sample of two different types of briskets. Have to admit if I would have known that this place was halal and if they who would advertise it as hello, more of my fellow muslims would come have dinner here. Sausage lamb everything is pork free. Place, that's a great atmosphere and great wait staff. Looking forward to coming back. P.S. prices are reasonable for the volume of food. Wild barbecue was a great surprise! I ordered the lamb shank, wild naan, texas twinkie, Mac & cheese, and smoked beans. Starting with the meat: the lamb had a great rub and flavor throughout. It was tender and fell off the bone so eating with a fork to pull away the bite was easy! The wild naan was so good with great flavor combinations if you add the chimchurri and pickled onions. The texas twinkie was ok and I'm my opinion needed a little more cheese and I was also missing the Jalapeño heat and flavor which I think would have made this shine! The sides: smoked beans had really good flavor, but they felt more al dented than I prefer but that's my preference and others may like their beans more firm than I do. The Mac & cheese seemed to be missing something for me. I think I'm used to a stronger cheese being used so this tasted a little too bland even when I added Sriracha to kick things up a little. All in all though, this place was pretty amazing! The workers were fantastic and helped us with understanding what we were looking at on the menu. The place itself had a nice environment and a nice outside area to eat in. The place was really clean and their sauces were exceptional so I would definitely recommend Wild Barbecue and will be back to eat again.
