24/12. All 3 staff were busy doing waterver. Waited long time at counter alone. Very poor customer service. Indian guy was rude and kept his head down. seems he just woke up.

Great pies and drinks, eftpos transaction in kiwibank app says "BP CONNECT RUSSLEY ROADAUCKLAND" so I was a little concerned my card got skimmed but a Google map search cleared any worries. Hope this gets fixed
