Wild Sage Bistro is now my favorite restaurant, I absolutely loved it. Our server, David, knew everything about the menu and his service set a new bar. He was simply exceptional. As was the food, compliments to the entirety of the kitchen staff. We started with Spokane '74, a beautiful herbal gin cocktail that I will order again. The Yukon taquitos are one of the most recommended dishes for a reason, I could probably eat about 8 plates by myself. My date raved about the romaine with lemon and reggiano salad with anchovies. For me, the palouse chickpea burger was delicious but the garlic fries were stunning. As was the Creole shrimp fettuccine. For dessert we had the most amazing espresso martini and the star of the show, the coconut cake. Just order it, trust me. It was such a perfect end to a perfect meal. Well done, Wild Sage Bistro. We will be back. Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian menu I've seen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Coconut Cake with Tropical Sauce, Salad, Fries, Yukon Taquitos Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
