We dined in one of the winter igloos and it was just such a fun experience with friends. Service was great and there was a prefix menu for the igloos

Extremely disappointed. I made reservations to Willow Bar over two weeks ago to celebrate me and my husband’s anniversary. A couple of days before my reservation date, I received a confirmation email for my reservation. I took the day and the following day off of work because I was looking forward to celebrating. Finally the day came to celebrate our anniversary, we show up to Willow Bar and they are CLOSED. At no point did Willow Bar communicate that they were closed and reopen on NYE. Their website states that they reopen on Dec 26. I’m extremely frustrated because of Willow Bar’s lack of communication and impression that they are open when they in fact are closed. They completely destroyed our anniversary celebration. Don’t waste your time here.
