We provide estimated wait times at the time an order is placed and make every effort to let customers know upfront when we are experiencing longer-than-normal wait times. We also take customers' phone numbers so that our system can send a text message when an order is ready. This notification process is handled automatically through our Toast POS system. Unfortunately, it appears that either the notification was not received or there was a breakdown in communication, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We know how disappointing it is to expect your order in 15–20 minutes and end up waiting much longer without an update.
