Sick of the tone and treatment this owner gives me and my family. We are new to this area and every visit after the first the chubby blonde lady always intervenes in my order. I don't often see people of colour in this area so I feel like shes racially targeting me. I have raised a concerns to my business and I will raise a formal complaint to ACCC. This morning when trying to make a purchase we were misheard when trying to reorder the same thing we realised she has been selling us Steak and Cheese pies but agreeing they are steak however they have always been mince. Falsely offering us food she isn't serving when questioning her server she got her back up caused me to have an anxiety attack and when asked to leave me alone she refused. I am not one to take things personal but 6 months of spending alot of money with this business and I won't again. She allowed another customer to start screaming in my face. Disgusting... A lesson is a lesson. Will not support a bad charecter such as this ladys business if your cultured becareful she only serves the white people with pride and diginity. I have a 5 videos of her ill treatment todays the final. Social Media here we come Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great food shame about the service. The lady in there on Tuesday morning was so rude she he has no communication with people. Very sad to say someone in customer service that like that it’s a shame bakery that the lady she carries a lot of attitude from you which is no need
