the woman foh was extremely rude, she just took order after i called her 3 times then she didn’t even respond when i ordered. Experience was VERY BAD in general. Food: 2 Service: 1

If you are looking for good quality and great tasting traditional Vietnamese food at a great price, don't need fancy aesthetics and are happy to accept communication challenges are part of the experience, then Window Restaurant is a great option. It's where many locals go. Some staff only speak Vietnamese and the place can get crowded (upstairs had plenty of space if you have a large group).
