To-Die-For King Salmon. We stayed at the Red Lion at the Park, where Windows restaurant in located. After a very full day of exploring on foot and very tired, we ordered room service for dinner. Normally room service isn't that great, but our dinner came directly from the main menu of Windows restaurant. I have to say, I have had King Salmon in sooo many restaurants, but NONE compared to this one. it was layered on a bed on red quinoa, the salmon was seared to a melt in your mouth perfection. The quinoa was infused with a red pepper orange marmalade and fresh stemmed green beans. It was FABULOUS!!
