Best food, service, and atmosphere in Rapid City. My husband and I traveled in from Texas and we tried many restaurants while we were in town. The wine cellar was the WINNER for both of us!!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time eating here. Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in the door. The service was excellent, the food phenomenal, the desserts were to die for. I highly recommend the Wine Cellar Restaurant. It has a wonderful atmosphere. and dont forget it is a small business locally owned. You won't be disappointed.
