The photo of food and interior at Wing Boss

This fast food and Euclid Square Park can be both really attractive for tourists. Offering tasty buffalo wings and perfectly cooked garlic parmesan is the unique characteristic of The Wing Boss. Good waffles have an appetizing taste. It might be nice to enjoy delicious beer.

Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The pleasant staff shows a high level of quality at this spot. Prompt service is something that people note in their reviews. This fast food offers you meals at fair prices. But google users haven't given The Wing Boss a high rating.

Hey all. I’m a small business owner myself so I typically keep negative reviews to myself but we had SUCH a terrible first time experience at Wing Boss that I felt we owed it to the community to share. My husband and I placed an order during the Bears game and when I went to pick it up, a lot of the order was wrong. Fine - they fixed it, no biggy. Get home to find out that they got our wings wrong as well. Call them back and they said they’ll re-make them but couldn’t deliver for a long time. Fine - we’ll pick it up, again. My husband went the second time and asked for a refund (since they quite literally got EVERYTHING about our order wrong). The employee he was talking to started giving my husband attitude about it and eventually said “I don’t care if you ever come back”. So at this point my husband waits to talk to the manager. The manager gets back, who already knows they really screwed up the order, but is now informed that one of his employees is acting like a fool. And the manager doubles down and won’t give a refund either despite the fact they got our entire order wrong and then we’re unprofessional about it. And we won’t even get into how bad the wings were after this hour long fiasco.
Bottom line: As a resident and small business owner, I feel such a sense of loyalty and commitment to this community. I can’t imagine treating ANYONE the way Wing Boss treated us, let alone a customer. I am appalled that a small, local business would treat their customers (and neighbors!) so poorly and felt like our little community should know as people have lots of choices about where to get wings from.
