Guests don't like chicken wings at this restaurant. Food delivery is an important advantage of Wing Factory Cafe. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. This place is remarkable for its terrific service. You will like good prices. But most people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

I really wanted to like their wings and they were very busy on Super Bowl Sunday so I thought that was a sign. But the wings were awful. I don't know if it was the chicken or the grease but I was so sadly disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered two 24 piece wings extra crispy with fries at $64 and some change for the Super Bowl 2/11/24 and they were horrible. They were not crispy and they were not cooked completely and they bately had any flavor.plus there was hair in it. So when I called to tell them the customer service was very rude. I will not spend my money where it’s not appreciated ever again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wing Factory Cafe WAS the place to go for wings. Was..past tense.... In this case...way past tense. Last Saturday night, I decided to give this place ANOTHER chance. I really wanted to like the wings again. This place is convenient and probably the only reason it is still in business. I ordered the lemon pepper wings with fries. If this meal was free, it would still be too much to pay. Horrible. Just horrible. They were not even mediocre. Just horrible. It is the following Monday. And, my stomach is still hurting. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.
