This past weekend I ordered 3lbs of wings, buffalo sauce (ON THE WINGS) and special instructions to make them extra saucy. When I received my food (which totalled $80(BEFORE my uber tip. Not cheap.) I opened the boxes of wings to see that ZERO SAUCE was added to the wings and we were not given sauce on the side either. I was extremely upset as I had guests over and wanted to treat them. When I called the store the manager asked me “what would you like me to do about it?” Super unprofessional. I was not sent a new CORRECT order of wings, OR even any sauce to add to the wings at that point. Again, the bill was rather large. Instead, the manager proceeded to tell me that this was uber eats fault???????? The entire conversation with the store was very disappointing and made zero sense. He was basically trying to get me off the phone. I will go out of my way to never order from them again (1 beings the wings were terrible and 2 the customer service was even worse and 3 I feel this mistake was almost intentional to save a few bucks on sauce) Considering the amount of the bill for sub par wings, you would expect an ounce of professionalism when customers are unhappy.
