At this restaurant, guests can order nicely cooked boneless wings, burgers and chicken wings. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Fine service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Wing Master. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the pretty atmosphere. Manager was not helpful. She looked at me crazy when I requested fresh wings. Wings were old and hard with wet lemon pepper sauce covered. She made us pull up as if I wasnt there first. Once we got wings we only received 9 instead of 10 for 10.99. Due to her attitude, and lack of concern, I immediately requested a refund. She went on to ask if my 12 year old nephew was keeping drink as if she was gonna charge us for what he had drunk already.. I will never eat at a wing Master again. Manager needs to go thru customer aervice training. I have been in service 18 years. I would never treat a paying customer as if I dont pay their salary. The cashiers are always friendly just a shame manager doesnt appreciate loyal customers. i wish I had a picture of those hard wings.
