This was my first time visiting Wing Pit. Art was amazing! He explain different options to me from the menu, made sure that I was satisfied with my food and checked in on me while I was eating as well as after I was done. While I was there another lady walked in and placed her order. In the middle of him cooking, she realized that she forgot to tell him that she wanted boneless instead of bone in. Art was very polite, and simply told her it wasn’t a problem and he remade her order. Art provided better service than I have received at fancier restaurants. The food was also delicious! Delicious boneless wings. Crispy, juicy, and properly sauced. Fries were solid, no notes. Ranch tastes like the bottle, I like the packet ranch personally, but it didn’t distract from the meal enough to drop a star. The owners(?) were kind and helpful. 1st time here.idk what I expected but the wings are big and I should’ve asked for them crispy bc they are a bit on the gooey side. Fries are the same as McDonalds. I asked for no salt and idk if double dipped to remove salt or what but they were hard. Should’ve switched with the wings. Not bad, may return. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
