So its generally a craps shoot on if we get our order correct, tonight I just threw away about $70 worth of food. Asked for no seasoning on the fries and peppers....got seasoning. Asked for single bones on garlic parm and got half dual bone. All of the wings were so over done they were un edible, I'm done even trying. I called and asked for the manager on duty and heard the kid ask "what should I do the guy on the phone Asked for a manger", he got back on the phone and I told him I heard him and asked what the owners contact information was and he asked what this was regarding, I simply told him im tired of having my order given to me wrong and not edible. Obviously I can't be the only one facing this issue but I will be not back, I really think the owner must not care because this isn't a new issue. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $70–80

We clearly missed the mark on multiple fronts with your order, from ignoring your special requests to overcooking the wings to how the situation was handled when you called. Wing Shack Cheyenne is consistently good. The people who work there are all very customer focused, as a result of Dave, the manager, doing a wonderful job training them. The food is delicious, always served with a smile, and everyone seems happy to work there. Great job, all!
