This Pizza Hut is terrible. Never order from here. I ordered my food and after 2hrs I haven’t received them so I gave them a call and they said it was already delivered but I never received a call to confirm it was me and on the tracking app it said it was still in route. Please do not order from here!!

I haven't ordered from Pizza hut in a long time. Going against my better judgement I decided not to go to all the restaurants where I could get free food due to me being a veteran. I ordered my pizza at 838pm the website said it should be delivered by 945pm. It's now 1123pm I have called 6 times and I keep getting put on hold and getting told my food is out for delivery. The manager McKinley (I think the girl lied about who she was) didn't even remember my name after I spoke to her three times about my food still not being delivered yet. I ordered food at a decent time since I work at 6am on Monday but I won't be able to eat and get a decent night of sleep. The excuse she gave me was because they were only using one driver tonight and yheyrtt doing the best they can. I'm sure everyone else got the food they ordered tonight. The Pizza hut is 8minutes from my house!!!!!! I'm livid and I will not be ordering from this store ever again. Raven, Kiamber and the manager McKinley or whatever her name is need to get some customer service classes because none of them were professional it seemed as if they didn't care because I wasn't standing right in front of them.
