Hi Richard, we are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service and wait time. We strive to get meals out to our customers as fast as we can depending on how many customers are in the restaurant. We would like to offer you a complimentary lunch. If you could please come see Hilary the Administrative/Customer Service Manager she would be happy to assist you.
