I’ve ordered from Wings Over Rochester several times. Their meals are reasonably priced, and the food is generally a little better than average. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the chicken tenders. They’re consistently good and are the main reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, order accuracy has been a recurring problem. On multiple occasions, my order has been missing either the fries, the drink, or both. During my most recent visit, the tenders were great as usual, but the portion of fries was extremely small, and my drink was forgotten entirely. I understand that mistakes happen, but when the same issues occur repeatedly, it becomes frustrating as a customer. The food quality keeps me coming back, but I hope management can improve consistency and attention to detail when fulfilling orders Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

For this to be a place of business I'm surprised that they have customers they are never consistent with their hours they supposed to open at 4:00 in the afternoon which is crazy to me however if you supposed to open at 4:00 in the afternoon when a person walks to your place of business at 4:45 why is the door not open I went to this place Saturday on the 13th of June at 4:45 on a Saturday it was supposed to be open at 4:00 no one was there I pulled up to the parking lot at 4:45 the doors was open I walked in and no one is to be found it was dark but yet your doors are open anybody could walk in Rob the store or do anything they wanted to do so I am assuming whoever closed Friday night didn't lock up the place of business like they were supposed to properly however who work Friday night there will no longer have a job leaving my place of business open but the point that I'm trying to make this place is inconsistent with their hours and don't call they will not answer the phone I call multiple times on different days and I just be on hold listening to music I live 30 minutes from wings over Rochester I was on the phone on hold all the way up until the time I drove into the parking lot that is ridiculous on top of that they have young people who don't care nor do they have customer service this place is a joke when it comes to customer service especially dealing with young adults I swear their parents don't teach their respect at all I'm just surprised this place still has the customers that they have never seen nothing like it stay consistent with the hours that you have posted on your door!!! Went an hour before close and they said they arent taking any more orders for the night. Why even have store hours if you are just gonna make your own rules and stop taking orders whenever you want. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
