Couldn't leave less than 1 star but the end result is I'll never visit here again. I ordered 6pc wings & fish. The best part of the meal was my peach punch, the fries were hard & tasted old. The fish had no seasoning 75% batter barely any meat. The wings fair (honey-mild). Could've just thrown that money out the window Lesson learned always check the reviews.

I went to the Wings Factory today for lunch. The restaurant itself seemed dingy and not the cleanest. Old tables and a couple of small dead roaches on the bathroom floor. The customer service was "meh"-not rude, but not welcoming. I ordered the 10 wings combo, extra crispy. The person cooking interpreted "extra crispy" as near burnt. The flavor of the sauce (honey garlic parmesan) was barely detectable. Overall, if I am desperate, it's not the worst option, but if I had the time to drive to a better option, I would.
