Do not leave without tasting good chicken wings, garlic parmesan and pepper chicken. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. A number of guests find that the staff is competent at this place. If you want to enjoy terrific service, you should go to Wingstop. Prices are found reasonable here. When you enter this place, you feel the peaceful atmosphere. But most clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Wingstop location. There were at least five employees standing around in the back laughing, singing, joking, and socializing instead of focusing on customers and getting orders out. The atmosphere felt completely unprofessional. While waiting, I noticed several customers becoming frustrated, making comments about the poor service, and leaving annoyed. It was clear I wasn’t the only person having a negative experience. The employee with the red braids had particularly poor customer service. She was smiling and joking around with coworkers in the back, but when interacting with customers, she appeared unhappy, uninterested, and spoke rudely. I asked a few basic questions about the menu, and instead of receiving helpful service, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I came here because my daughter loves Wingstop, but after this experience, I will never return to this location. Management seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism, provide customer service training, and reevaluate the staff. As someone who works in a professional environment and understands customer service, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Paid $28 at for a meal, only for their drink machine to explode orange Hi-C all over my clothes. Not a small spill—this thing sprayed dye across my shorts and completely stained them (see photo). I reported it immediately, and the employee barely whispered “sorry” and did nothing else. No manager, no attempt to fix the situation, no urgency—just brushed off like it was normal. A machine that damages customers’ clothing is already unacceptable. Acting like it’s no big deal is worse. If this is how issues are handled, there’s clearly a bigger problem than just a broken soda machine. Price per person: $20–30

Food is a hit or miss but more on the hit size. Service is horrible. The workers normally are busy talking or joking with one another to care how long you're waiting. When your items finally come up they walk extremely slow and then have a nasty attitude when you ask any questions like you are disturbing their day by asking them to work Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1
