Absolutely horrendous staff. They messed up my girlfriends order which normally isn't a big issue as naturally we'd just ask for it fixed. However when she asked to have it fixed the lady in the back insulted her in Spanish for ordering it with some modifications, not knowing my girlfriend spoke Spanish. When she was called out for it she proceeded to insult her again! I don't know what the hiring standards are here but these people should be ashamed, never eating here again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in tonight for my family. My son paid for our dinner. I got the 40 piece all flats 4 different flavors. Waited patiently even for the well done. I wachted the manager Lupe preparing everything for me. All I asked is if they could cook my fries when the chicken was done. We get home everything was right except for did not get the boneless wings bbq for my son. I had the wrong flavor on one of my traditional wings was bbq I did not ask for. Called the store right away manager was on break. We ate I waters 20 minutes because she never called me back. I called and she got on the phone and stated her cashiers know me. And I always complain look at all the reviews she even said she had my name wrote down. I have never complained and normally I do check my food this time since she made our food I just looked in the bag and asked for seasoning on fries. She said I was not charged for that but yet I asked for. She kept going on about she need to speak with her manager lying saying I call all the time. Last time we came in to eat was like 2 months. I spent like $60 almost to get treated like crap and because I’m black now she’s saying they know me I always call in!!!!! Can I please get corporate to contact me. This is ridiculous!!’n please check your food before you leave this store!!!!! You will keep your peace!!!!!!! Again Lupe I don’t order from yall like that and please stop saying I’m calling in when I don’t I can bring up my phone records and I have pictures of the wrong chicken that she would not acknowledge. You need to be respectful to everyone every race. Y’all need to get different types of people at this store working also. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Update... Credit card was charged for food never delivered. Disputed with credit card company... Check your receipts... I don't like to make negative posts about any business. That is changing with the prices and poor service. This is at Buckley Rd and Quincy Ave in Aurora, co. When it costs 25.00 or more per person and a third party delivery company cant deliver the food that you advertise....for DELIVERY! You should close your doors. Your company was screwed by a 1099 contractor and the manager sounds like a call center employee... Just KEPT saying sorry and Door dash is the issue. I see the rent going up in that shopping center and Wingstop blaming global warming. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
