I ordered my wings NINE hours ahead of when I wanted them by. NINE HOURS. It is the Super Bowl and some delay is expected, but I have been waiting over an hour past my delivery time and was just told it will be ANOTHER 40-60 MINUTES. I just think when you have an order nine hours in advance, you have more than enough heads up to at the very least not be 2 hours delayed. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

Best experience at a Wingstop when Savannah's professional customer service provided us with a solution of our incorrect order. We were looking for the ~$20 meal deal 4 flavor boneless, large fry, two dipping sauces. When we ordered over the phone, the person taking the order offered bone-in, but did not mention the upcharge and we also requested the mexican street spice (love!) so we agreed to complete the order (mistakes happen). When we got to the store, Savanna let us know that the mexican street spice was unavailable and even let us taste test the new honey chipotle rub. Savannah understood, empathized, and happily changed the order to boneless making it the correct price instead of the $10 extra for bone in. We also witness she and one of the expo women help a delivery person correct the drink from a sprite bottle to regular fountain drink. Savannah took the time to go fill the cup for the delivery driver, taking initiative and pride in her work. It was closer to 11p so we had the clean place to ourselves. 3 employees working. Football playing. Grateful for the experience and professionalism. Thank you again, Savannah. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
