Feedback for Wingstop Management Team My name is DJ, and I visited this Wingstop location last night with two of my family members. I previously worked for Wingstop at the South Sherwood Forest location, and seign so I’m familiar with the company’s customer-service expectations and operating standards. Unfortunately, the experience we had at this location was very concerning. The employee working the front counter was on his personal phone while working, which I understand to be a serious safety and workplace-policy concern. He was also rude and disrespectful during our interaction and appeared to be flirting with one of my family members. The situation became even more uncomfortable when he began taking or handling my family member’s personal belongings without appropriate boundaries or permission. As someone with previous Wingstop experience and current management experience, I understand that employees are expected to maintain professionalism, respect customers, follow safety procedures, and create a welcoming environment. I also know Mr. Alonzo, who is the District Manager for this location, and I know that this type of customer service does not reflect the standards I understand he expects from his team. I appreciate the RGM taking my concerns seriously when I called this morning, apologizing for the experience, and addressing the situation. My intention in providing this feedback is not simply to complain, but to make management aware of what happened so the appropriate coaching and expectations can be reinforced with the team. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
