Over my past few visits, I’ve noticed that my orders have consistently taken much longer than expected, even when the app showed they were ready. On my most recent visit, my order was actually forgotten, and I ended up waiting about an hour before receiving my food. During that time, I watched several customers who arrived after me receive their orders before I did, which made the experience even more frustrating. I eventually had to ask a manager to look into my order so it could be prepared as soon as possible. I understand that delays can happen, but this has become a recurring issue. I hope the store can improve its order management and communication because I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences. I’ve tried corn at many places, but the Cajun Fried Corn at Wingstop is by far the best I’ve ever had. The seasoning is perfect, the corn is juicy, and it’s incredibly addictive. Pair it with a lime Coke, and it’s a surprisingly amazing combination. Every visit, I end up craving that combo again. Highly recommended! Restaurant smelled like sewage upon walking in. Every beverage in the Coca-Cola freestyle machine tasted horrible and the screen was dirty. Smallest boneless "wings" I've ever recieved.. was called by the manager and told I would be refunded for my meal and given a $5.00 store credit, however none of this happened.
