This location( Irving- belt line )is closer to my house but I will rather go somewhere else next time. I don't come often to Wingstop that's why I was curious about the price difference but instead of a solution to my problem I was ignored... 1st. The employee didn't Try to resolve my problem 2nd. It wasn't that busy for someone not to help me 3rd they need to have more customer service.

In the las 2 months I have order from them 4 times. It blows my mind the fact that every time my order has been wrong!!!! Like that’s your only job! Ether flavor, cook time, amount of wings or hardly any sauce covering the actual wing. It’s so inconvenient and it almost feels like the workers do not care and their incompetence its annoying. Wish they had better management and that they would hire people who actually want to do their job.

They answer the phone and consistently put you on hold never to return. Dear franchise owner: YOU ARE LOSING MONEY. REPLACE YOUR CREW. I live 4-5 miles away. Had time to drive over, walk in and watch myself be hold while the employees were doing little to nothing.
