Placed an order online and when I went in to get it, I wasn’t greeted or anything. The employees were joking around with one another and were very rude. I brushed it off because honestly that’s just the poor customer service I’m used to these days. When my son got home, he took a bite of his chicken and it was RAW! I called and the girl who said she was the manager thought that it was funny and said “well bring it back and we will remake it or refund you”. She was very rude and refused to give me her name. I took it back and requested a full refund for all of the food ($60) and they argued with me that they could only refund the raw chicken part of the order. I wasn’t going to allow my family to eat this food! I will never return! Avoid this place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got our order wrong several times, just like the others. Smelled like dirty mop water once. Last and final time we went, wife waited 40 minutes for our food. What a shame! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

My sister and i have gone to this location multiple of time but the last time we went we were traumatized. The fries had weird black lumps and there was a half eaten mouse on the table outside. We contacted Wingstop and we have not heard anything back, it’s been a month already. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
